Renewed safety shock pad and high-quality artificial grass carpet for children at the kindergarten.
Project Description
We were renovating the yard of Arwola Kindergarten in Lempäälä as part of a project commissioned by Tampere Landscaping Ltd (Tampereen Viherrakennus Oy). Especially in young children's play, safety is the most important factor, and we made appropriate installations for this site accordingly.
We installed a separate impact-attenuating shock pad on an area of 73 m², which prevents serious injuries to children in case of falls. As a coating for this cushioning base, we laid extremely durable and soft sand-filled artificial grass. The result stands up to even the toughest kindergarten use and does not turn muddy in rainy weather.
