A major project where we built two full-sized ITF-standard tennis courts for the Municipality of Iitti.

Project Description

We installed a high-quality pair, namely 2 new sand-filled artificial grass tennis courts, in the Ravilinna area in Iitti. The total area of the project is significant, approx. 1,338 m².

Ravilinna sports center wanted to invest long-term in the sports conditions of the area's residents, so it was decided to first level the entire installation base very carefully. After leveling, we installed a soft, foot-saving but high-impact game supporting ITF-certified sand-filled artificial grass on the court.

General Questions About Artificial Grass Installations

Installation time depends on the size of the site and the extent of the groundworks. Typically, a smaller multipurpose court is completed in a few days, while a full-sized football pitch can take 1–2 weeks.
Installation requires dry weather and at least +5 degrees Celsius for optimal seam gluing. The best installation time is from spring until late autumn.
We grant a comprehensive warranty for installation work and materials, which is usually 5–8 years depending on the manufacturer and the product. Regular maintenance is a prerequisite for the warranty to remain valid.
